First time here and I am very impressed. I’m always so nervous going to new nail salons. I’ve had bad experience after bad experience in a majority of them. I called in and was able to get a same day appointment. That’s so rare, especially during this time of year lol I came in with a crappy set of acrylics done by another salon. I showed the nail tech Sereth my nails and told her they were only 2 weeks. She advised me she could take them off, but since it was such a fresh set, she didn’t want to cause damage to the nail. She gave me the option of what I wanted to do. She offered to reshape them and make them look much better. She was able to shape them from super short square to almond. They weren’t long enough for me, so she went right in and was able to beautifully extend them to a perfect length. Her customer service and communication was great. She is sweet and very personable. I found inspiration of a color style and she executed it beautifully, but I didn’t like the color with my skin tone 😬 I was nervous to speak up because the entire thing was already completely done lol it was already close to closing and she had her next booked client. She asked another tech named Tina if she could remove the gel polish and redo them for me and Tina agreed. She explained she would have to file the polish off because it was gel and of course I knew it wouldn’t be a quick simple change. Tina was super nice and also very Personable. I showed her another inspo pic I quickly found and they turned out so friggen cute. I left extremely happy and satisfied with my visit to Touch nails. Loved my experience!! My nail tech was so gentle and open to designs, which was great! So happy with the acrylic application and how quickly everything was done. My one nail did end up looking like a sperm, but I honestly just laughed it off and drew a face on him 😂 they have lasted so well and I will be back!
